Electrolysis is more than you think

If you are an Electrologist and would like membership information and a New Member Application please visit the AEA web site www.electrology.com/membership.htm. Questions about membership in New York Electrolysis Association should be directed to member@electrolysisnyea.org

Membership in the New York Electrolysis Association (NYEA) provides you with networking opportunities with peers who can share their experience, professional development opportunities, marketing support and updates on relevant industry developments that directly impact your practice.

To become a member in the New York Electrolysis Association, you must also be a member of the national organization, the American Electrology Association (AEA). Dues of $225 are paid annually, of which $140 covers the membership in the AEA, and $85 covers your NYEA membership dues.

You may become a member if you don't hold the Certified Professional Electrologist (CPE) designation; however, the New York Electrolysis Association strongly encourages all members to acquire national board certification to ensure that ongoing continuing education is incorporated into the Electrologist's practice.

All members are required to adhere to both the AEA's and NYEA's Code of Ethics, By-Laws, Standards of Practice as well as the AEA's Infection Control Standards.
